We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account, send product updates and educational content (which you may opt out of at any time), ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as cloud hosting providers), subject to strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Healthcare Data & HIPAA

Healistock is designed for clinical environments. We operate as a HIPAA Business Associate and execute BAAs with covered entities. We implement the required administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@healistock.com. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
