Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Healistock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Healistock provides a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for clinical healthcare settings. Features include inventory tracking, purchase order management, items receiving, reporting analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Healistock for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service. You may not share account access with individuals outside your authorized organization.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For customers subject to HIPAA requirements, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available upon request and must be executed before storing protected health information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Healistock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tel Aviv.
